I just recently tried this awesome recipe and wanted to share it with you'll :)! It's a spring chicken roll-up with lemon dijon pan sauce. The sauce is super flavorful with the lemon zest, parsley, & drippings from the chicken. I give this recipe a 9.5 outta 10.
